Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Magic on Victoria and its affiliates (collectively “Magic on Victoria”, “we”, “us”, and “ours”), use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website, including without limitation www.magiconvictoria.com and any related URLs, mobile or localized versions and related domains / sub-domains (“Websites”). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as the choices for how to control them.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or other internet connected device. It can remember a choice or support website functionality. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device. Our optional Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.
Why do we use cookies?
We use a first-party cookie to remember whether a website visitor accepted or declined optional Vercel Web Analytics. Payment provider Stripe may use its own cookies and similar technologies to operate checkout securely and help prevent fraud.
What type of cookies does Magic on Victoria use?
Our website uses the following cookie and related storage technologies. Vercel Web Analytics itself does not use cookies.
Website analytics preference
When you select Accept or Decline in our website banner, we storemov_cookie_consent as a first-party cookie for up to one year. It contains only granted or denied and does not contain a name, email address, advertising identifier, or other personal information. Accept enables Vercel Web Analytics; Decline keeps it disabled. If no preference is stored, we continue to show the banner and do not load analytics.
Vercel Web Analytics
After consent, Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous, aggregate information such as page views, referring pages, approximate geographic region, device type, operating system, and browser. It does not use analytics cookies or identify visitors across different websites.
Browsing sessions opened from the native app
When this website recognizes a session as coming from the SGF Theater native app, optional analytics, advertising trackers, and tracking-capable third-party embeds, including the Google Map, remain disabled. The website banner is suppressed. This app-session protection does not overwrite the one-year website cookie. It also applies if an older app passes a previously allowed tracking choice. Older Android app versions may open pages without identifying them as app visits; those visits follow ordinary website cookie choices. Essential ticketing and Stripe payment functions remain available.
Checkout and embedded services
Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies when its payment form is loaded to process payments and prevent fraud. Google Maps may also use its own technologies when its embedded map is loaded on our Visit page. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies. These services are separate from our optional Vercel Web Analytics.
How you can manage cookies?
Use the Accept or Decline buttons in our banner to choose whether Vercel Web Analytics loads. You may reset that choice by deleting themov_cookie_consent cookie in your browser. Most browsers also allow you to control or block cookies through their settings.

Blocking and disabling cookies and similar technologies
Blocking our preference cookie means the site may ask for your analytics choice again. Blocking cookies or related technologies used by Stripe may interfere with secure payment functionality. Disabling a cookie does not necessarily delete one already stored; use your browser’s controls to remove existing cookies.
Changes To Our Cookie Policy
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Cookie Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to this Cookie Policy and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Cookie Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Cookie Policy, you can delete your account.
Your Consent
We do not treat general website use or a purchase as consent to optional analytics. Website analytics loads only after you select Accept. When a session is recognized as coming from the SGF Theater native app, optional analytics remains disabled for the app browsing session regardless of a previously saved website or app tracking choice.
